School/Sports Physicals
L&I Exams and DOT Exams
Management of Chronic Diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma

We accept most major insurance carriers, including DSHS, Molina and Medicare.
We also offer a reduced fee payment for non-insured.

We are also approved Take Charge & Washington Breast and Cervical Health Program Providers.
